From Gregory Nazianzen

“We needed an Incarnate God, a God put to death, that we might live.  We were put to death together with Him, that we might be cleansed; we rose again with Him because we were put to death with Him; we were glorified with Him, because we rose again with Him,” Gregory Nazianzen, A Select Library, The Second Oration on Easter,” XXVIII.

This I needed to hear. Thanks brother. It feels like lately we are having to sprint to try and keep pace with where you are being led. Thank you Holy Spirit we'll have more please.

It took me some time but I finally read through all of your blog posts. This is good stuff. I've read The Shack and Cross Roads many times and have experienced much freedom through Jesus' love and relationship with me.

The problem with the Incarnate God is the "Poof factor"...He left, ascended , after 33 years in human history, not to be seen until He returns. So what does the believer do until then when he/she needs comfort or a pat on the back from God? Jesus said that He would be with us always. I challenge Him to overcome His Infinity and act like it.
